1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Campulse (“Campulse”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Campulse mobile applications, web applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using Campulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use Campulse, you must:

* Be at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.
* Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
* Provide accurate and complete registration information.
* Maintain the security of your account.

If you are using Campulse on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

* Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
* All activity occurring under your account.
* Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.

You must notify Campulse immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Use of the Services

Campulse is designed to support teaching, learning, communication, and academic collaboration.

You agree to use the Services responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

You may not use Campulse to:

* Violate any applicable law or regulation.
* Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
* Impersonate another individual or organization.
* Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
* Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
* Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
* Distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
* Upload content you do not have the right to share.
* Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.

5. Academic Integrity

Campulse supports academic collaboration but does not encourage academic misconduct.

Users are responsible for complying with the academic integrity policies of their educational institutions.

Campulse is not responsible for how users choose to use information shared on the platform.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Campulse, including:

* Discussions
* Announcements
* Questions
* Assignments
* Resources
* Events
* Comments
* Files
* Images
* Documents

By posting content, you grant Campulse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload.

7. Content Moderation

Campulse reserves the right to:

* Remove content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
* Restrict access to content.
* Suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.
* Investigate reports of abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

We are not obligated to monitor all user content but may do so where necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

The Campulse platform, including its software, branding, logos, design, interfaces, and original content, is owned by Campulse or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Campulse may integrate with third-party services to provide functionality such as authentication, cloud hosting, file storage, notifications, analytics, and email delivery.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Campulse is not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Campulse Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using Campulse, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

11. Availability of the Services

We strive to keep Campulse available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, security, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

* Violate these Terms.
* Violate the Community Guidelines.
* Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity.
* Compromise the security or integrity of the Services.
* Repeatedly misuse the platform.

You may delete your account at any time through the app, subject to applicable data retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campulse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Campulse, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Campulse, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Campulse, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

* Your use of the Services.
* Your violation of these Terms.
* Your violation of applicable laws.
* Your infringement of the rights of another person or entity.

16. Changes to the Services

We may introduce new features, modify existing functionality, or discontinue parts of the Services at our discretion.

Where practical, we will provide notice of significant changes.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may notify users through the Services or by email.

Your continued use of Campulse after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Campulse is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Where required by applicable law, disputes may be resolved in the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Campulse regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Services.
